Sadly only assistance dogs are permitted within the gardens at Sudeley.
Do I Need A Ticket In Advance?

Yes, you must purchase a ticket prior to the event if you don’t want to pay full price. The earlier you purchase a ticket, the greater chance you have to guarantee your date and entry time slot. Each time slot has a set capacity and we expect the Spectacle to be extremely popular. We recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Where Do I Buy My Tickets?

Booking is now open. ’EarlyBird’ tickets save an amazing 20% until 31 August, ‘Advance’ tickets save 10% until 23 November, both are available online through the Everyman Theatre Website.

For those wishing to purchase tickets in person, they are on sale at The Everyman Theatre Box Office in Cheltenham. For those wishing to purchase tickets by telephone please ring the Booking Line on 01242 705 555.

Tickets are Full price from 25 November.

Tickets will not be available at Sudeley Castle

Where Do I Buy Group Tickets?
If you are a group of 15 or more paying visitors you can receive a 25% saving off the full price by ringing our booking line on 01242 705 555. If you are a Coach or Travel company wishing to make a group booking then please email help@spectacleoflight.co.uk
I Have Not Received My Tickets

If you have purchased tickets and have not received an e-mail, please check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t found the email please contact the Booking Line on 01242 705 555.

Is My Ticket Valid For Any Date?

Tickets are only valid for the date and entry time selected at the time of booking. Tickets are not transferable. Please ensure you allow plenty of time travelling to the Spectacle and to park.

What Does The Time On My Ticket Signify?

The time on the ticket is the time you should arrive at the entrance to gain access to the Spectacle having parked. To avoid large queues, entrance to the Spectacle requires to be spread across the evening, so please make sure that you arrive at the time you have booked.

I Would Like To Exchange My Tickets For A Different Date - Is That Possible?
Tickets are only valid for the date and entry time selected at the time of booking. However, it is possible to exchange your tickets for another date or time, providing you give 48 Hours notice as your existing tickets need to be resold. Please contact the Booking Line on 01242 705 555. They will arrange to take back your existing tickets and then process your new tickets for an administrative charge of £2.00 per ticket, which are subject to availability and will be charged at the prevailing price.
Do I Need To Print My Tickets?

Once you have purchased your tickets, you will either receive an email containing a PDF ticket or you will receive a ticket in the post. All tickets must be presented at the entrance to the Spectacle. PDF tickets can be presented on your phone.

Please remember to check your junk email after purchase as quite often purchase emails will be sitting in that location and can be deleted after a short time.

Is There An Extra Charge Or Booking Fee When Buying Tickets?

There is no extra charge. The transaction charge or Booking Fee is included in the ticket prices shown.

Will I Be Able To Buy Tickets At Sudeley Castle?
